In this Privacy Policy, ‘SBR Accounting Services’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to an entity owned by Susan Riccobon and outsourced services provided by trusted professional advisors. Email confirmation is accepted under the Electronic Transaction Act 1999 as evidence ‘in writing’.

 

Client information is only disclosed  to a third party if we receive their permission or there is a legal duty to do so. A ‘third party’ is any entity other than SBR Accounting Services and our client and includes the ATO, ASIC, Centrelink and banks as a third party.
